[risk] I hate lawyers

Well,

It's official.  For the 2nd time this month, I have been thwarted in my
efforts add a game to the server.  This time, the hired guns of Hasbro
have nexed the ability of the server to act as referree of Risk[tm].

I am attempting to wrangle out of them how much of "Risk" can be used
under the "fair use" clauses of existing copyright/trademark code, but
it's slow going.  I may be able to get away with calling it something else
(say "global annihilation") and changing the map.

They tell me that *they* are working on a simultaneous version and an
email version etc. (so nice of them to finally notice the net)  I know
I'm in good shape rules wise (I have permission from the variant author
[but we've been hacking heavily on those rules...])  It's really the
name of the game, and the map (region names, & adjacency matrix) that 
are the issues.
