I tend to think they know the difference between "yours" and "mine", and he really, really, loves that ball. But it WOULD get chewed up if we let him have it all the time.

Also how come the vet kept telling em how clean my dog was he couldn't get
over how clean she was are they supposed to be dirty??

I get that all the time. I won't have a dog in the house that's filthy. If he gets really dirty, he gets bathed, but most of the time, it's almost like if the dirt has a chance to dry, it seems to magically disappear (probably into my carpets!!!)

decorate your homes and keep your Pyrs safe at the same time. <snip>
I am wondering how she will do with a 7 ft Christmas tree and all the
trimmings in our living room?  Any suggestions?  The rooms all are open to
each other so I cannot close off the entire room.

I opted for a small, 4-foot tree in the corner on a table and flanked by sofa and loveseat.  He can easily get to the tree--can lay on the couch or loveseat and nibble if he wants...but so far, I've only lost one ornament. I have a lot of handmade ornaments from friends all over the world, and
