Sariena, I have been doing just as you suggested for nearly ten
years. I know it helpsand recommended it to a mini-horse
breeder who has done the same thing, when he was bothered by dogs
entering the barn.
As I told him, I think it also helps keep away
two-legged varmints. He recently spend 10 days in Texas, with no one
about, and returned to find everything, just as he left it.
After two years, I finally got the co-op to give me electricity. I
know the security light
helps,too. But it has a down side. Where the goats once went off in
the dark and were
somewhat safer, they now pile up within the security light. Being
those loveable Nubians, they talk all night.
But we can't have everything, right?
