Cindy I'm sorry but I have to disagree I've seen the water go from the street 
(and you think your safe) to 6ft inside your house in less than 1 hr. it all 
depend on where you live and how close you are to a waterway or a spill way. 
if all of the sudden you were faced with the dilemma do i spend the next 1/2 
HR or longer trying to catch all my very panicked animals and get them out of 
here or do i  just turn them loose and do a lot of fast hard praying and get 
my family to safety what do you do  I love my animals very much and would do 
every thing in my power to insure their safety (my husband wasn't to trilled 
at the prospect of putting them all in the truck with us but he would have) 
but on the other hand I would not risk the lives of my childeren trying to 
wrestle them all amid rising water.    sissy
