It's ok to use Neosporin, but do not use the kind "with Pain relief" this 
kind has a numbing effect and may upset your dog!!
Bites to the nose can actually be fatal to a dog if the air canal has been 
punctured.
Please make sure she is breathing ok through her nose, and do take her to the 
vet immed if she shows signs of any distress!  Poor baby,, Ted
