I would definetly mention it to the owner of the store (and dog). If your
son was bleeding there must be precautions taken to insure against any
possible infections. Possible "Bailey" has been in contact with another
animal and no one knows about it at this time. IMHO I would let the owner
know as soon as possible to prevent this thing happenning again.
