Re: [pbmserv-dev] Unlur client

Ok, the new code has passed all my tests (to date).
It comes in the form of three files:

unlur_main.cpp
unlur.cpp
unlur.h

which have the same makefile dependencies as havannah
(excluding havannah.cpp,.h and havannah_main.cpp).

I have a .dsw and .dsp file for Visual C++ as well if
anyone is interested. I don't know if it will compile
under Linux (but see no reason why it shouldn't as it
doesn't use anything exotic).

I have not written the help file yet but the
coordinates are the same as Havannah and the rules are
at:

www.abstractboardgames/unlur

In one slight departure from convention, the initial
pass by which one player signifies he wants to play
white is realized by the command "white" instead of
"pass" (this was to avoid some existing code that
treats the word "pass" specially). This move shows in
the transcript as a pass.

The game allows any radius from 4 to 13 via the
command:

challenge radius=6 player1 player2

Six is the default.

This is my first effort and so please be patient in
suggesting where to go from here.

Thanks,

Lyman
