If you have Waste Warriors, they have rules for flamethrowers which can be
adapted easily for molotov cocktails.  As I recall, gasoline and spook juice
have a damage rating of 4d8 massive when used in a flamethrower, and alcohol
has a damage of 4d6 massive.  If a target is doused in the stuff, they
continue to take damage at a gradual pace until the fuel has burned
off...but I don't have the book on hand and I can't remember how long it
takes for the fuel to wear out.
