Hmmmm, in general, I'd say he found a shirt, coat, whatever, that extends
his life.  If he'd be willing to be a Morman, say his undergarments (forget
the actual term for them) really are blessed & sustains him indefinitely.
Maybe even work in some other things into it, say, healing at a much faster
rate, or while wearing said clothing, he has Spiritual Giant as a gift.
