They never did one as far as I know. One thing of interest: My local
gaming store started carrying a "customizable GM screen" Basically it's a
3-fold board made out of the same material as school binders with sleaves
in the front and back. You just photocopy whatever charts/stuff you want
and slide them in. Seems like a cool idea.
