Hi!

I wanted to ask this question some time ago but it kind of got lost among
many other things I needed to do. Think this is a good moment.

In "The Wasted West" there's a table which contains a list of countries
allied with either NA or SA. The Warsaw Pact has allied with the SA.
My question is about the history of Eastern Europe. I know that you
concentrated on America but what about Russia and countries that lost their
autonomies to it? I mean, did those countries got their independence as it
happend for real, or did Russia control the governments?
I ask because I'm currently working on a HoE setting "Wasted Poland" (I
haven't got a title for it yet) and it's a crucial matter for me (I already
did part of "world" but I didn't do anything with Polish history yet).
So, whattya think?
