The static thing is perplexing--I'll see what I can do about that.

As far as replacing CDs that won't play, of course we will. I"m not at the office today, but we've only received one email about a bad CD (I don't know who it was from). Michelle replied that day and sent out another CD the same day as well (she thinks the name was Bruce something). Was that you Marshal KT? You can reply to me privately at PEGShane@aol.com.
