that makes me feel better - I mp3 ripped my copy so I could listen to it 
on my DAP jukebox (nomad for the US people ;-) etc, and I got the same 
thing.  I put it down to problems ripping the CD, but it sounds like its a 
generic thing; possibly intentional?
amusingly, I haven't tried listening to it on my hi-fi yet.  I'll have to 
give it a go...
