Yep New Wave blows ass.  Sure there prices are great but there customer 
service is horrid.  I ordered something from them one time and they shipped 
it to a guy in NY(I'm in IL).  They never responded to me.  Eventually the 
very nice gentleman from NY tracked me down,  Apperently he tried to return 
the package to New Wave and they refused to pay the shipping.  So I sent him 
some cash to ship it to me. I never once heard from New Wave.

As for you credit card,  I would contest the charge.  $50 is a good deal of 
money.  Also report New Wave to the BBB,  they already have several entries 
under there name, but 1 more is always good.
