[HOE] Do not order from New Wave

Just as a warning (because the site was brought up on this list), I am
having a VERY bad time dealing with New Wave (newwave.org). 

I ordered a bunch of minis from them over 3 weeks ago and got (what must
have been an automatic) email saying that they would arrive in 7-10 days.
Well nothing's shown up yet. That wouldn't be so bad, but I've written
numberous emails and called multiple times (leaving messages, no one
answers the phone) trying to get any information on my order. There's a
recording saying that they just got back from the holidays (which I'm
guessing is the 4th of July), but that was over a week ago. I also noticed
that their voicemail is full, which probably means I'm not the only one
having a problem with them.

I've decided to contest the charge they made to my card for the order with
my credit card company (incidently, it took them less than 24 hours to
complete THAT transaction). But it's under $50 bucks so I don't know if
there's anything that can be done.

Anyway, FYI and carpe diem.
