Re: [HOE] (OT Kinda) Deadlands: J.O.E.?
Reply to give credit where credit is due, someone else mentioned to have an
ex-Crimson Guard member in their posse. So they used a bit more info than I
have. Mine was just a speculation of what an HOE game with GI Joe's would
be like. Even putting "Cobra-la" in LV would help to a certain extent.
Anyone, however, mentioning the ECO-squad version of GI Joe, will be
imediately sent to Siberia and used as target practice by the Russian
Joe-equivalent, Red October (i think that was their name).
I want to see Nemisis Enforcer with stats (Gift O Atom: Wings 3, Spurs
(maybe used to arms into "Spines")?
On a side note: Anyone think that with all new nostalgia that movement
would be great to push the C&C franchise into making a GI Joe RTS game?

of Cobra, a plan was hit upon. Cowering in a deep bunker, Destro, Dr.
Mindbender, and Zartan came up with an idea that would cause the Joe's to
lose. Using Destro's occult knowledge, Mindbender's technology and Zartan's
chamelion ability, a portal was created and Zartan entered. He appeared and
went out to slowly end the lives of the Joe's. The Reckoners (thought I
forgot about them) bided their time and saw the promise of said events.
They endowed Zartan as a servitor. As he grew mad with power, he found a
way to imitate the President and caused WW3. This allowed Cobra to slowly
grow into a force and fortified their hidden base in Denver, c/o Tomax and
Xamot. At the end of the war, the Joe's were decimated and found solice in
SLC.

East Coast, where it is believed that they are creating an army of
Synthoids.
