don't bother with the BESM guide anyways.  it's incomplete and doesn't give
them anywhere near the right stats(vash is 8 body, mind, and soul!  the
hell??)
plus, it's not even near a world book, just an episode guide with character
stats at the end.  given the other tri-stat books(tenchi muyo in
particular), the "ultimate fan guides" are one hell of a letdown.  so i'll
just convert them all over to deadlands and use pinnacle's system(which i
like better enyways).  of course, i also managed to bring my junker to
gunsmoke(they thought nix was an angel) using that little plot thingy down
there.
