It's pretty well been established that undead (vampires and zombies) don't
fall under Batman's refusal to kill.

The only other example I can remember was I believe the second appearance of
the KGBeast. Batman caught up with him in some old sewers of Gotham. The
Beast got cornered in a side room. He gloated that even though Batman had
caught him, he would never face justice because he had diplomatic immunity
or some such. Batman never said a word. He just closed the door to the
room, jammed it shut with a pipe, and walked away. He left the KGBeast
trapped and screaming alone in the sewers.

Officially, he didn't kill him, but he obviously left him to die.

"You smell that? Do you smell that? ...Ghost Rock, son. Nothing else in the
world smells like that. I love the smell of ghost rock in the morning. You
know, one time we had a hill bombed, for twelve hours. When it was all over
I walked up. We didn't find one of 'em, not one stinkin' Yank body. The
smell, you know that sulphurous smell, the whole hill. Smelled like...
victory. Someday this war's gonna end..."
