Okay, all this talk about hard hat robots and the like... Starting to make
me wonder about certain bits o' junker tech.

Agility... is used for "devices which can act independantly of their users"
Okay, good. Could someone then tell me if a familiar needs agility power,
or will it just fall over?

As I can see it, some kind of android would need at least the following: 

Sensor (so it can see)
AI (so it can think)
Locomotion (so it can move)
Agility (so it can do the above without falling over)
Brains (so it can actually DO stuff)

And possibly:
Commo (so it can talk)

And then, after these, you then have to find slots for all those nifty
little things like weapons, armor, a way to power it...

Okay, this begs another question. Your android has locomotion. Can it run
on spook juice? If so, is this sensible?
