So sensor and commo are both essentially worthless without each other.
Interesting. Makes some sense, but it seems a bit harsh that you have to roll
twice (risking backlash and loss of stability) to build one frickin
walkie-talkie. Maybe you could make a single roll for both powers for things
that are intertwined like that?

And, um, page 12 JMC? That's the intro text. What page number did you mean?
