The book specifically covers a pair of Walkie Talkies as needing both Commo
_and_ Sensor to operate. Pg 12 JMC.

Thats what I had first though but upon scouring the books it showed that any
output on a device is handled through the commo power.
If any device is "..intended to relay the information it recieves in a form
comprehensible to humans, it needs some form of output device." JMC pg 12.
again. So even if a motion sensor was built the cool little display screen is
needed or the device doesn't do much for you. Even if it just beeps, it needs
speakers, which are listed in Commo.
