[HOE] Proving Harrowed are Harrowed

Now here's a thought,

Other than the obvious, how does one go about proving that a person is
harrowed?   Is there some form of test?

Now the reason that got me thinking this is that I am making an infiltrator
cyborg, who has the infiltrator package (natch) which provides him with
respiration, pulse, bleeding, sweat, normal smell, etc.

Now, other than cutting his head off and then re-attaching it, how could
someone prove this character is harrowed?
