[HOE] Real simple Junker question.

When you build a Junker device, does the power source count towards the
components needed to make the device?  For instance, if you make a hovercar
with a powerpack, would you combine the powerpack's slots with the car's
when figuring required components?

The example in The Junkman Cometh leads me to believe so, but if that IS the
case, how do you figure this when making a device with two or more powers,
all of which run off the same power source?  Which power gets the
powerpack's extra slots applied towards its component cost?  Creator
decides?
