The way I see it, you leave space in the device for the powerpacks or
battery jacks, and don't include those slots in any power, then proceed
as if you're making a little battery.  I'd guess that the "Marvelous
Marv" example is wrong, otherwise it leads to all sorts of complications
(and lets you build batteries without ghost rock).
