In Monsters, Muties and Misfits, there's a table that shows the hit
modifiers for various Sizes. Look up the vehicle's Frame size and find
the hit modifier on that table. I think the same table is in Rascals,
Varmints, and Critters 2 and the Marshal's Handbook for Deadlands, too.
This is a little off the Road Warriors standard, though. A motorcycle
(about Frame 7 according to Junkman) has a Size bonus of +1, but
creatures don't have +1 unless they're Size 9. I write that off by
saying that there are bigger and smaller motorcycles out there.
If you're looking for a simpler method, there are size examples on the
Frames chart. See what type of vehicle is closest to the Frame you're
building, and apply that Size mod from Road Warriors.
