I'd say yes, as it's implied in the rules.  It DOES state the if a pc
consistantly Roleplays a flaw they don't have, to chip them for it as if
they did.  I'd say, therefore, (and this is how i explained it to my
players) that you may take any number of hindrances, but you only get a max
of 10 points for them.  But you get chiped for RPing them.
