Well my theory is that it all balances out. Let's see, take a light can:

			2/10 system	0/1/5/10 system
Hard point system	10		10
Cyber eye		2		0
Samson			10		10
Spur			2		1
Targeting computer	2		1
(I'm just guessing here).

So that's 26% for me and 22% for you or 52 lbs. vs. 44 lbs. Pretty close.
Either one could work.
