Just looked at my own post and found out I'm a bigger numb nut than I
thought.

Some other theories.

Energy dispersial- Force the molecules of an object to slow down or stop.
Takes a long time, uses a lot of strain and doesn't get very large ammounts
of effect. Say maybe -1 degree per 5 strain for 10 gallons of water.
Wouldn't do a whole lot. If it was boiling or was denser than water say
pools of lava. Then it gets harders, takes more strain and still won't drop
it more than a degree or two.

Personally I'd go for a better field of study. Electrokensis. The ability
to aquire static electricity and then discharge it in amuseing ways would be
much more economical and fun than cryokensis.

Or for that matter even vegekensis. Are plants sentient? Would you start
haveing inhuman nightmares about being choped down or Mown? Plant control
in a world of thorny nasty rad immune vines?

Any way you want to go. But for cryo I'd say low power. Check out the
harrowed power graveyard mists if you want an example of what you can do
about temperature control. It isn't much and at most will get you a good
source of cover. As a whole power catagory it just doesn't mesh well with
the current mythos.

The only real thing I could think of would be to open a portal to the vacume
of space...which would have it's own problems all togeather.
