I believe it's an hour, maybe two.

But...that's still better than any other healing type thing except maybe the 
Templar roll (don't recall - is there a wound level/time required 
correlation there)?

Or to put it another way....I don't think Theo is claiming there is _no_ 
downside whatsoever to how Fleshknit works.  Only that compared to the 
downsides of the other healing type things, it is far superior.

Or, ummm, something like that.  ;)
