No, the power still lasts until the next action. However, the martial artist
does have to pay 1 Strain per bullet caught, so it can get pretty costly.
Second my Martial and I were wandering why the Skirmish Armor needs power.
It's only a 2 AV and all the other armors have hard points for external
modular. It doesn't say there are any and the suit only needs a Power Jack
to power so we are wandering if there are ant external mounts. Also we
wandered if it's suit is sealable. >>
The suit is somewhat heavy and bulky, so the power is for the servos and
hydraulics that prevent the armor from imposing any sort of movement or
agility penalty on the wearer. Yes, the armor can be sealed.
