    One rule I think is ironclad in gaming is 'things that happen 
offscreen.... don't'. Where is the fun if your dinero edge is 'offscrren I do 
some stuff, I roll some dice, and soforth'?  Then we're back to where we 
started, displaced edge which has no true bearing on things. 

    We don't want just displaced die rolls.  Or just 'well, ofscreen my 
character is ruler of the western world'.   Offscreen.... does not exist. If 
a GM needs something that is offscreen to exist, they must find a way to get 
it ON SCREEN!
