Again, it's in the Marshal's section at the very least, although it hardly 
seems to be Marshal-only info, but the major blockage of the roads and the 
shutdown of the mag-lev trains makes the access line, even tech-friendly, 
inaccessible to any land vehicle larger than a bicycle.

If you have a Junker or Sky Pirate with air vehicles access _is_ possible 
(as SW also notes), by flying within the corridor.  However, this is not an 
option for the Convoy as they are presented in Road Warriors.
