Having something that, with the Massive Damage rules, tends to kill 
everything in sight (yourself included....just ask our Doomsayer) seems to 
negate the need to target a single individual.      Kinda like putting out a 
match with the Gulf of Mexico!     heh heh heh

(I tend to picture the Arson fireball AS a ball as well..... kind of a mini 
version of the ID4 fireball, ya know?)
