Thanks for the clarification.  This seems to be clear enough, albeit kinda 
weird.  Basically, it falls under the same caveat at the Templar's 
Deflection (lesser reward).

Never, ever directly target someone with a Nuke.  ;)

In fact, the paragraph above seems to apply that you _can't_ ever target 
someone directly with Nuke.

Oh well...
