If you have access to the Cyborgs sourcebook, an encounter with a rouge
unit of Los Fuerzos Muertos could be... interesting...

If you're going for a Mexican theme, perhaps something similar to the Town
of Bad Potatoes (in Road Warriors, name escapes me), only with habenero
peppers instead.  Actually, in Wasted West, Jo seems to hint that Mexico is
rife with disease... perhaps some plague zombies or even a servitor of
Pestilence.
