Depends on how much of the barrel has been lost. If it's just the last
few inches [the barrel on the modern day Barrett .50 BMG sniper rifle is
about 38 inches], you might lose about 5 off the Range Increment. If
it's half the barrel, you could lose as much as half the range. Probably
up to the Marshal as to how much of the barrel is hosed and how much
range would be lost. If it's half the barrel, I'd go with the benfit of
the doubt and set the range at 20. Still, at that range, it wouldn't
affect damage as much as if the barrel was cut all the way down to the
fore end [leaving almost no barrel.] 4d10 at a range with a range of 20
is still a big can o' whup-ass.
