Granted your chances of pulling an exceptional hand will increase with
more characters made, but usually [in my experience] draws like 4 Aces,
a Joker, and d10's are rare. Same with Joker/Joker draws. But, given the
time we all spend making characters, I'm sure it will happen again
sometime.

I've got a couple decks I use to make characters, one of which is my
deck that I use for Hexslingin'. The old deck I still use for characters
only, given it's experience. I usually go with the rule of "New
Huckster. New Deck for Hexes."
