[HoE] Junker questions

We have not had any junker Q's in a while so I thought I would ask a few 
things I have been wondering.

1. The Tainted One has the targeting paower but can't use it because it says 
in the power write up that it must be attached to some sensor. Now in this 
case (since I am sure it is attached to a gun) would the person looking 
through the scope be the sensor?

2. In the device write up for the motion detector it says that it displays 
on a screen on top of the device. But looking at the nubers saction I see 
the device has no commo. Am I being too nit pickey or don't you need commo 
to have a picture display?
