Hey guys,

No, I'm not dead, just really busy. Iron Oasis took a little longer than 
expected because I ran out of room, but I convinced Shane to give me some 
extra pages. IO will now be a 144 page book, but the extra pages allowed me 
to cram nearly everything in (including an index, which will be a standard 
feature of our books starting January).

We've got a production meeting on Monday, but I'll be back on the list 
Tuesday and get caught up on everyone's questions.
