[HoE] Massive damage

Here's a fix for the massive damage rules...it works slightly better for
dynamite, but here goes:

-Roll damage just like before and figure out the number of wounds.
-Instead of rolling location and applying one wound per area, roll location and
apply 1d4 (or 1d6, I haven't thought too heavily about this) to whatever
location is rolled. Thus:
Billy the pig is searching for truffles in the wastes, but he only finds a land
mine. The mine blows up, doing a total of 66 damage, or 11 wounds. The Marshal
rolls his right arm and a 2 on a d4. Billy takes 2 wounds to the arm, leaving
8. Then, it's the guts's turn, with a 3 on the die. 3 gut wounds, and Billy's
bleedin' like a stuck...you know. So, with 5 wounds to go, the Marshal comes up
heads, and the d4 gets an ace, totalling 7 wounds. Since there's onlt 5 left,
they go to the head, and the posse's having ham, cooked DMZ style.
