Lets see...
Goods:

Food
Water (drinking, I doubt players would be hauling enough for irrigation)
Fuel (petrol, spook juice, fuel oil)
Ghost Rock
Weapons (includes armor)
Ammo
Misc Survival gear (water purifiers, radios, the sort of little things heros often find
useful)
Vehicle Parts
Medical Supplies
Raw Materials (Chemicals, Structural components)
Electronics (working device and components)
Luxury Items (toilet paper, pre-war alchohol etc)

Services:

Mechanic, Doctor, Weaponsmith, Junker

What sort of level should each be given? A value between 0 and 5? As nick said, some
things like water are unlikly to be needed while others like medical supplies should nearly
always be in supply.

Services should probably be either "The town has a mechanic" or "the town needs one" with
the level indicating how much they need one.

In all cases these are to be guidlines only.. a plentiful supply of weapons doesn't mean
cheap rocket launchers, etc.

What else would post-apocalytic society need?
