This looks good - flexible and simple. Using this, you could pretty much summarise
exactly what the posse are likely to get for their various goods in a few lines, and as
long as the scale is set correctly, it could represent just about any size town
(although Junkyard might be off the scale, unless you set it as the maximum for
supplies and needs - it'd end up being something like
Supplies: Fuel, Junker Labor, Ammunition (5)
Wants: Food (5)
or maybe not ;-) Worth a shot.

I'd suggest using broad groups to keep it as simple as possible - what you've got there
is pretty good. Other entries might include Weapons (for those settlements unlucky
enough not to be next to an old army depot :), and Water (although I doubt that many
settlements needing this would still exist). Medical Supplies would be good too. Any
other suggestions?
