well, I can't describe _everything_... :)

He...sorta was. But at one point he was also actively attacking the PCs
defending the girl, meaning they had to devote time away from actually
defeating the Servitor to defend _her_. The battle may have been over a
round sooner (and folks might have been left with a few more chips :) ) if
he hadn't...

Well, the only problem is that his "solution" wouldn't have solved the
problem. However, that may very well have been my fault as a Marshal for
not conveying that correctly.

Let's just say if there is only way to truly defeat a Servitor, and psyching
out the girl back to normal was it, then anything else concerning the girl
would _not_ be successful.

Given the player's lack of understanding of the clues planted earlier in the
scenario, his actions were reasonable. They in fact would have destroyed
the one "key" to defeating the Servitor, however.

It was about 50-50. There's the whole "attacking the posse to get at the
girl" issue.

I didn't mention them because the guy doesn't have those as Patron saints
and isn't expecting to get them any time soon. As you might imagine from
what I've described of him... :)

Thanks. Hope I clarified up a couple of things.
