The AI doesn't control the manitou, it controls the brain which controls the
manitou.
I think the brain should be needed, if only to to discorage the use of infinite
drain batteries by the parties junker.
Here's a though: A can with a damaged fetter gets ruduced power output because
the manitou is no longer under complete control.. when the manitou takes over,
does it get it's full power back?
