[HoE] junker car

I had a Pc this week who wanted to take a junkgun and mount it thru his car.
He wants to feed the intake bit thru the floor of his mustang and either point
the barrel out the front window or build a cieling mounted turret. amusing and
mildly insane for a junker. Any ideas on how to run a vehicle like this? I'm
sure that there' tons of stuff on the highway for ammo but how   would you
avoid sucking up crap like rabbits and cinderblocks.
i would appreciate feedback.
