[HoE] The Revenant [SPOILERS]

OK. Has anyone given any though to the activities of the Revenant in Hell on
Earth? Sure, there's no mention of him, but I think he's just too cool NOT to
use. He'd have to be seriously altered, however, to reflect:
1) Automatic weapons
2) The distinct lack of duly authorized lawmen
3) The changing fashion market
He should still be the souls of outlaws and all that jazz, though. He also
should be a lot tougher, having been around for a couple hundred extra years.
Instead of attacking lawmen, he should go for: Law Dogs and Templar(s?).
He'd stomp into a town at high noon and challenge any resident Law Dogs or
Templar, as usual. However, a few things should be changed....
1) The Revenant used to fight fair (sort of). No more! He now wears a
Kevlar vest underneath his billowing coat which is not visible unless his
shirt is removed (and good luck at that).
2) He still shoots a Colt Peacemaker, but he uses special enchanted bullets
that are AP 6, but do not carry the -6 damage modifier (basically, they ignore
all armor).
3) I don't own The Quick & the Dead, but he should have a Terror of 11 if he
doesn't already
4) His weakness should stay the same, a Law Dog or Templar must shoot him in
the heart with a silver bullet (good luck finding those in HoE), or an
irradiated ghost rock bullet in a duel. Alternately, a Templar may run him
through with a called shot to the heart, but his blade must be made of silver
or *shudder* irradiated ghost rock. It also must be his "primary sword", i.e.
not something he just picked up.

Gear: Two Colt Peacemakers (.45) which never run out of ammo, Kevlar vest

Size: 7
Description: The Revenant is around 7 feet tall, and is incredibly thin for
his height, although this is hard to discern through the billowing black cloak
that he always wears. He also wears a black 10-gallon hat which always shades
his face, regardless of the time of day.
Weakness: see above
Coup (yeah, right): In the very unlikely event that the Revenant is defeated,
any brainer who sucks in his essence always passes his quickdraw checks, and
also gains the Two-Fisted edge and the Two-Gun Kid edge at the 5 point level.
His face is always in shadow, regardless of the conditions, and he gains
outlaw: 5. He doesn't have to do anything wrong, but law dogs instinctively
refuse to help him, as do templar, and some will actively hunt him. If he is
killed in any of the ways that the Revenant can be killed, his body rises as
the next Revenant and slowly morphs into the Revenant's natural shape. The
risen body also comes out of the ground with the two peacemakers in hand and
the billowy cloak and the whole nine yards
