Hum Wing

The hum wing or "wing" looks like a large set of meatal bats wings 
harnessed to the junkers back. through study many junkers found that 
ghost rays had effects on the more natural aspects of physics. (duh) It 
was with this in mind that the wing was invented. The wing works by 
creating a spherical force field around it's user. The wing puts out 
Ghost rays that push on the natural Gravitational forces of the earth. 
Because ghost rays are used not only to power the device but to achieve 
it's effect the drain is very high. The user can move up,down 
left,right,forward, backward, or just hover. The junker can stay in the 
air as long as he can provide the device with Ghost rays. If the Ghost 
rays run out while in the air the junker falls to the ground taking 
falling damage plus 1d4 due to the weight of the device. The driving:hum 
wing aptitude is needed to drive the wing.

Just a few tidbits for you marshal types out there. The wing has a 
little glitch. The G rays the wing puts out inside the sphere is very 
dangerous to the mind. if your junker uses the wing for 15 min. or more 
roll a d20 on a 19 or above he gains the loco hindrance. The nature of 
the hindrance is up to the marshal. This is caused by the Ghost waves 
that seep into the brain. These waves also cause the humming sound that 
comes from the wing when it is turned on. (hence the name)Also if the 
junker is shot at and missed roll a d12 on a 12 the wing is hit. Then 
roll a d20 on a 20 the wing stalls and falls to the ground. The TN goes 
down by one for every bullet the wing takes.

EX. Motor is hovering over a scav shooting at him. The scav misses but 
the marshal rolls a 12 on his d12. Since the wing has already been hit 
twice the tn on the d20 roll is 17. The marshal rolls a 18 and Meter 
come crashing down.
