I don't know about submitting them, don't I have to mail them
something?  I submitted some witch spells to them through the e-mail,
and I never got a reply.  Besides, I'm building my own website, and I
thought I'd put it there, if I couldn't get it on the official site.
Anyway, I thought the third power was two weak, and I pumped it up. 
The new power, called Nev-R-Miss, has no penalties for range or called
shots.  Peg a mutie's third eye at 100 yards...
