The first villain my posse had was a guy dressed in a Templar's uniform. 
He had the sword and everything else you would associate with a Templar. 
He had taken up residence in a small town but did all but ignore them all
and each time someone would come to him for help with a problem, he would
send them away.  Needless to say, he wasn't well-liked and the when the
posse came to town, they quickly heard about this Templar.  He wore a red
bandanna around his head to hide the bullet hole in his scalp and the posse
didn't realize for a long long (long) time that he was Harrowed.  He called
himself a Dark Templar too and made a great villain.
