Hmm.....just a guess, but sounds a bit like Thaumaturgical Diffusion from City O'
Gloom....yes, I realize, completely different concept and all of that, but maybe
some of the T.D. hexes could be converted to Junker powers? I'm thinkin' surely
Jerry-Rig, Magazine, Magic Bullet, Magnetize, Power Surge, Silverspray and maybe a
version of Wiretap...
Just a though..I may really be not-understanding what we're talking about, but,
from that description...
*sigh* I hate not having a game book other people do. :)
